Provillus Revew -- Does Provillus Really Work?

Does Provillus Really Work?

Short Answer: Maybe. Please read on.

I've begun to lose my hairs when I turned 27. Yeah, it's the evil gene within my body. Losing hair and becoming bold is man's worst nightmare. It feels like you're losing your manhood because females find you less attractive.

I started to look for the solution. Rogain, Propecia, and finally Provillus. And I chose Provillus because it had topical solution as well as pill you take everyday. It's been 2 years since I started using Provillus, and the result is ...okay I guess.

I didn't regain all of my hair, but a good amount of 70% of what I've lost so far. You think this is good? Yes, it is. I recommend Provillus to anyone who wants to regain hairs.

Now, there are two types of hair loss. You lose hairs on top of your hair, or your front hairline is receding. Provillus tells you that it won't help receding hairline. And that it only helps those of who is losing hair on top of your scalp.

Is it true? Well, kind of. But wait, it does work on your front hairline. You probably shouldn't rely on it, but at least give it a try. Like me, you might regain hairs on the front too.

But you need time to see the difference. At least 6 month. And you must keep using it. Just like any Minoxidil based solution like Rogain, you must apply Provillus twice per day. Even if you gained hair and wants to contain it, you must use twice a day. If you only do it once, you will gradually lose hair.

Provilius is not without side effects too. I never had too much hair on my body, but now, I'm like walking bush. It's not that bothering, but it's good to know what to expect. I never had any dandruff before, but ever since I started using Provillus, I do get minor dandruff.

Now, I've heard stories regarding Sulfate-free shampoos that helps you lose less hair. Sulfate is in every shampoo out there and it is major cause of non-gene-or-stress-related hair loss. Hey, if you don't have family history of boldiness, why not trying Sulfate-free shampoo and see how it goes?

Here' s the bottom line: Provillus will work one way or another. Maybe you'll get serious side effect like loss of libido. Maybe you won't regain that much of hair. But sooner you start using Minoxidil, you will look better. It's tad expensive though: depending on whom you buy from, you'll spend $40 to $60 per month.

Unless you go for the surgical transplant, try Provillus.

Samsung SyncMaster PX2370

Samsung SyncMaster PX2370

Samsung is known for dishing out affordable, yet quality monitors and TVs. And PX2370 is another fine addition to Samsung's ever growing domain.

PX2370 sports 1,920 x 1,080 full HD resolution at 23-inch thin screen. Yes, PX2370 is really thin. It will fit any place perfectly. It's only 18mm thick.

Let's begin with form factor, shall we? PX2370 looks very clean. I like especially the back side of monitor. It's simple, clean, and aesthetically pleasing to eyes.

As far as colors go, it's Samsung. You know, it's bright and rich in colors but not very accurate. If you use this monitor primarily games and movies, it won't matter much. But if your job is graphic-related, please look somewhere else. If you're a graphic-related, you probably wouldn't search for low-end market.

Unlike P2770, this one has physical buttons on the back of monitor that's easily reachable. You'll find regular stuff there.

One thing I don't like about PX2370, it wobbles in all 4 direction when you push the monitor. The neck is very, very weak. If you don't move it a lot, you're probably okay with it. But it will definitely bother many of us. When you try to change the setting, it wobbles. When you try to adjust it, it wobbles.

2ms response rate and 5,000,000 dynamic contrast ratio is certainly good for any situation. Again, if you're gamer it's a blessing.

The bottom line is, unless you're graphic designer, PX2370 is a good, affordable monitor for anybody out there.

Samsung SyncMaster P2770

Samsung SyncMaster P2770

Samsung SyncMaster P2770 is large 27-inch monitor with 2ms response and 70000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio.

For around $350~400,you might think this is a steal. Is it really?

Answer: Yes or...maybe no.

First things first, the screen size is very pleasing to the eyes. Even if you're looking for a large sized monitor, you probably won't need bigger than 27 inch. It's wide screen, so all of your movies and games fit pretty nice.

Also, the 2ms response rate is one of the highest I've seen for a computer monitor. Again, if you watch sports or action movies time to time, P2770 could be your ideal monitor.

For the form factor, it looks okay but won't win any awards. It's simple and just... okay.

Colors are nice too. But yes, it is still Samsung, so expect over saturated colors on your screen. At least you can adjust the colors in setting.

That leads to the menu itself. P2770 uses touch-type menu navigation on the bottom right corner of the bezel. But wait, you don't see the buttons unless you touch the area. They're hidden except power switch. I wish there were physical buttons.

Does it bother me when I try to tweak the setting? Most definitely yes. I usually swipe my finger across the area, but even doing so won't do good sometimes. However, you can turn the menus on permanently in the setting. And you will get used to the touching itself.

Here is the final problem for this monitor: The contrast. You will notice the color on the top of the monitor will differ from the color on the bottom. You will see the gradient effect of the solid color, which is critical for any graphic designers. Again, nothing is impossible and you will get used do it. But at least know what you will be dealing with.

Also, the 1,920 x 1,080 resolution is somewhat less than what I'd like.

Bottom line: If you're just gamer or regular user, SyncMaster P2770 is one of the best deals out there. But if you're designer or very sensitive about the color reproduction. Look elsewhere.
